Box Questions:
When signing up you will include baby’s date of birth and we will help you decide which box is best for you to start with.
Pediatricians choose each item based on their medical expertise and personal experience. Each item is selected for its essentialness, safety and practicality for specific age and developmental period, illness, or common parental concerns.
Founder, Alison Scott and Chief Medical Advisor, Tracey Howson have worked tirelessly to use their medical knowledge, patient experiences, and current trends to bring the boxes together.
Items in the box are introduced at specific ages for purposeful reasons but most items will be used throughout the first year of life and beyond!
baby doc box is a partnership in the parenting journey. Box themes build upon themselves. We encourage you to subscribe to benefit from the full year of learning. If you arrive late to the game you can start your subscription at any age (0-2 months, 2-4 months, 4-6 months, 6-8 months, or 8-10 months, or 10-12 months). For easy gifting we also offer our Baby Shower Bundles. If you’d like to try us out before committing we also offer one box options.
Yes! A baby doc box subscription makes an amazing baby or shower gift.
Lucky you! Your next box will ship to arrive two months after your initial box.
We want you to love your box. Due to the nature of the items we can only accept returns, on unopened and unused boxes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. Please reach out to us at help@babydocbox.com with your name, order number and reason for return and we will issue a return label. We do not offer exchanges.
Orders/Subscription Questions:
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once the item has shipped.
Your box will arrive within one to two weeks of placing your order. From then on, subsequent boxes will arrive every two months. If you order a subscription as a gift we can time it to a delivery date. You can email us at help@babydocbox.com with any special requests!
Starting with the 0-2 month box, there are six boxes total for a twelve month period. (0-2 months, 2-4 months, 4-6 months, 6-8 months, 8-10 months, 10-12 months) The last box is 10-12 months.
Simply log in to your account and manage your subscription from there. You can cancel up to 2 weeks before the next box ships. Any prepaid discount will be forfeited. If you have any trouble with this process please email help@babydocbox.com

We offer free, standard 5-8 day, shipping in the United States.
Seattle, Washington.
We do not currently ship outside of the continental United States.
Payment Questions:
Subscriptions will charge your card with initial order and then every two months thereafter. Pay in full will charge your card once at the time of the order.
